This increase is due to an increase in commodity prices. However, there is another side to it.

Similarly, an error has occurred in the information sources shared by the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) and the Pakistan Bureau of Statistics (PBS).

According to the SBP, the current record deficit has grown from $ 5.17 billion to $ 7 billion in July-November, compared to $ 1.64 billion over the same period last year.

The current record deficit exceeded the target by $ 4.81 billion in the first five months. In the current financial year, government officials have set a target of $ 2.27 billion shortfalls.

The current shortfall is recorded at $ 1.76 billion in October and $ 1.98 billion in November.

What increased the current record deficit?

Improper imports/exports are often overshadowed by international guidelines, unconventional speculations, and settlement agreements. However, the SBP said the increase in imports was against the benefits of improved accommodation.

There is also an error in the import information shared by SBP and PBS.

The SBP claims that Pakistan imported $ 6.42 billion worth of goods in November while PBS says imports remain at $ 7.92 billion. Experts have accepted that the information will be compiled in the future on the grounds that the SBP collects its statistics in later installments while the PBS information is based on data from Pakistani culture.

Financial analysts say that the unavailability of owners and rising shipping costs were among the reasons for the increase in the import bill. The cost of this room has grown to $ 10,000 from $ 3,000.
